Position: permanent and full time

Salary: £25 - 30,000 per year, 25 days holidays

Job description and main duties: The successful candidate will join the leadership of the Coventry Chinese Christian Church.
Main duties:
Preaching regularly at the Sunday Service in at least 2 of the required languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
Attending cell groups
Visitation of church members and enquirers
Liaise with other ministers and churches
Assist in some administrative tasks using both Chinese & English

Skills, qualifications, experience and personal specification: The person we are looking for agrees with our statement of faith, has a servant heart, passionate to serve The Lord and His people. He/she is fluent in English and Chinese, preferably both Mandarin and Cantonese, has a Theological degree from an accredited Theological college, has at least 1 year’s experience as a full time pastor in a Chinese Christian church with experience of preaching and teaching Biblical texts.
